About Edward
Edward Suggs is a seasoned tax and financial management professional with over 30 years of experience. Edward has worked with small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals in the tax management, accounting, and finance arenas.
As a tax manager, Edward has successfully developed strategic tax savings for his clients, helping them achieve their goals.
Edward is adept at streamlining operations and creating cost saving efficiencies. As a financial executive, Edward has been employed with multiple companies as their chief financial officer (CFO). In these roles, Edward developed innovative strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Edward is an Enrolled Agent and has credentials to represent clients with the Internal Revenue Service and state tax agencies. He is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and was awarded “CFO of the Year” by CEO Magazine. He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy.
Edward has volunteered with DC Special Olympics and mentored with the Alpha Leadership Project, a program that encourages young minority males to stay engaged in the educational process and increase their likelihood of enrolling in and graduating from college.
